Paneer Tikka

This Indian recipe is a delight for vegetarians. This simple recipe has a subtle taste and gets flavours from assorted Indian spices. Cubes of soft and succulent cottage cheese are marinated in spices and cooked in an oven or in a grill. 

Egg Muffins

Easy peasy to make and hassle-free, egg muffins are just the right finger food for a kid’s birthday party.  Take some eggs, salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion. Beat all the ingredients together. You can add ham, bacon or salmon if you wish to. Pour the egg mixture into the muffin mould and bake it. 

Masala Tacos
